The description does not match the service provided. We did not stay at the hostel because the advertised room for two with shared facilities turned out to be a capsule—a container—which was not what we had booked.

Great value for money, even with the staggering WGT surcharge.
Virtually no shelf space in bathroom or room. Not adequate for four people.

Large and clean capsule - hostel near train station and near the center - friendly staff
One WC for 32 capsules - shower for men on another floor - the hostel is like a labyrinth where you get lost easily - no water in the kitchen, you have to go another room to find it - all in all a complex design

Great place close to the city centre and the central station, the facilities were amazing
It was a bit hard to use the bathroom in the morning and evening, because of the other guests, and you could use the kitchen until after hotel breakfast.

The capsule I stayed in was not only very affordable and centrally located in Leipzig, but actually surprisingly comfortable and relatively quiet. Staff quite friendly and a 24/7 reception is hard to beat. If you're travelling alone, you could do much worse than Five Elements!

It was clean, staff was nice!
Very basic, good for the price.
Noisy people in the middle of the night in the hall where we slept. Otherwise respectful people.
I would not recommend to stay near the entrance of the hall.
Kitchen only opens at 8 A.M!! You can just buy coffee until then from the reception.
That's very inconvenient, when you want your own coffee and tea to make for free.
5 euro for the caution for a towel. That's okay, but needs to be communicated before AND upon Check-in.
Only one working USB charging socket in the capsule. Bring your own Powerbank and locker !
Very few toilets and showers for a bunch of people but I did not have to wait late in the evening. Probably worse in the morning.
The capsule is the size of a matress, you cannot stand up or bring inside bigger belongings, what I did in some other capsule hotel before.

An excellent position, not far from the station. The experience of using a capsule for the first time was far better than I expected, as a 65 year old gent.
