The receptionist was really forthcoming, my capsule was cosy, and 11 is a great checkout time. I also liked that you only pay a deposit for the lock and the towel.
The bathroom was a bit mouldy because it's poorly ventilated. People were very loud unfortunately. I think it would he nice to have more curtains hanging throughout the place, so the noise gets dampened. Also, this place feels like a maze the first time you are there and could do with some more signs.

Fantastic location. Front desk and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was easy. Luggage storage a huge benefit
Stayed in a capsule, which really just gives you a false sense of privacy. It's purely visual privacy as they are not quiet at all and you can hear EVERYTHING. Doors sliding open and closed are very loud as well. Other than the sound issue the capsule was great though.
One other thing is that the facilities are not all that well looked after. Washroom was out of toilet paper for hours. Shower room dirty. Pool table is a complete joke as they don't even have the correct calls and the table us warped, i gave up after 20 minutes so they graciously let me play for free, but to charge for that table is awful.

Nicely located - close to a very noisy and lively Marktplatz but could not hear anything from the hostel.
Clean and comfortable.
It was a bit pricey at 52 euros, probably due to it being a Saturday night
The capsules did not have a plug socket which was annoying.
The rooms are large with multiple capsules - which is fine - but there was only one toilet in the room and it was continously occupied.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was well situated and the breakfast was good.
This hostel allows people who work in town to stay. One of the other three women in my room was crazy. She was rude, aggressive and disrupted the night for all three of the other women in the room. I ended up leaving at 4:am because I was so uncomfortable in the room with her. The staff assured me that they make some effort to ensure that the people who stay there long-term are decent occupants but they missed it on this one. One of the worst hostel experiences in my life, and I've been staying in hostels for over 35 years.

The capsule bed was nicer than I thought. The location was amazing
The amount of toilets. I think there should be more, and going to any toilet it felt like going into a maze because we had to go through different doors and corridors to get there.
