The location is amazing! In a quiet inner-courtyard right next to the main square and all of the main attractions in the old town
The building was a labyrinth and all of the doors and elevators were only accessible with my room card . very confusing to navigate and made me nervous that I could get trapped somewhere if the card didn’t work (which happened). The shower was horrible - no pressure and a very small shower head.

The staff was super friendly, rooms very clean and the area is very good to reach, safe and still perfectly central!! Rooms were clean and perfect (more than I expected) for such cheap prices. It was quiet at night and I (solo female) felt safe alle the time :))

Great location and fantastic value for money - we had a private room and it was hotel standard. Staff were really friendly and it was great that we could store our bags in lockers at the hostel the following day while we explored the city. Comfortable beds and not much noise from adjoining rooms.

I am really pleased with the value they offer for capsule beds. My experience is entirely positive, except for 1 noisy morning alarm of a guest and the ventilation of the capsule. But it is a safe, cheap, clean, and comfortable stay.

Very good location in the city center, clean and quiet with a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and efficient, and they take care of the guests. Good value and I recommend it.
The main elevator was closed while we were there and also no kitchen.

Like you are staying in a "fairytale book" place. Near to train station, and the xmas markets. Also the the tourist spots are just walking distance, lots of restaurants outside.
No shampoo/ bath soap in the shower. At least they should provide perculator..The light in our room is too dim.

The staff was nice and the capsule I stayed in was actually a good size and clean. It is located very central.
First of all the room where all the capsules are smelled bad of body odor, so the windows had to be kept open which then made the room freezing. There are only 2 bathrooms for about 50-60 people, which is probably why they are dirty. Also one of the bathrooms and the shower is on a different floor one flight up. I think all this considered I wouldn't having given such a bad rating if I hadn't paid so much for a capsule.

We stayed for a night and the property was very good.
The roads in this area are all cobblestone, which makes it quite noisy when dragging luggage. Unfortunately, the neighborhood residents were very rude and seemed to dislike tourists. It’s understandable that with cobblestone streets, there will naturally be some sound when moving bags—especially for international travelers visiting with family, including older parents and children. People living in such tourist areas should ideally be more understanding of this.
Overall, it was disappointing to experience such unfriendly behavior from the locals in an otherwise beautiful country
