the location is walk-able to the train station, the staffs are exceptionally nice and supportive. i had a very comfortable stay! plus, they change the sheets after each stay AND has a female-only shower!! really enjoyable experience!

the capsule overall is great, having such privacy in a hostel isn't that common. It didn't feel like a hostel, I almost never saw other people in the room. Also Great location easy to reach.
NOISE. The capsules are really thin and you can hear whatever is going on outside (or inside other capsules). Bring ear plugs if you have issues sleeping with noise.

Location is prime :) I had a capsule so I enjoyed privacy. The capsule was really big. Good enough for 2 and possibly also 2-3 backpacks depending on the size. Capsule had mirror and light that u can regulate plus ventilation which u probably need in summer as iit gets warm without - but the ventilator is noisy. Staff (volonteers (Freya) + the bar tender were particularly friendly. Reception staff was friendly too. Elevator is present! Really vital :) There was an ensuite bathroom in my room (which was a mix of capsules and normal open beds). That was very convenient. There was a pool and board games available. We'll equipped kitchen. E Guest age range seemed to be 18-60+, individual travellers, small groups and big groups.
I was there during low season during the week. So they were not organising any social activities. But I was told there are during summer. Because of low seasons many of the guests seemed to be people who work in the city temporarily, which also is not boosting the vibe. The staff cleaning the rooms and in the kitchen did not feel very friendly. The kitchen is "hard to reach" all the way down. I would have chosen a better location. The ensuit bathroom bathroom always seemed a bit messy, even iif they cleaned once a day. I guess that is more the fault of guests.

Disappointing
The only endearing aspect is the location of the property
Having a bathroom inside each room means that noise levels are unnecessarily high due to people going in and out at all hours, showering, rummaging etc, the noise is doubled due to the design. The bathroom sink was clogged and seems to have been for some time before my arrival, an issue that needs to be addressed by management. Once checked in I found my bed unmade, I had to make the bed myself, bed sheet, pillow case and blanket cover, this is obviously unacceptable and extremely bad. The receptionist was very unhelpful. When you pay for the "city tax", you are entitled to a transportation ticket that allows you included transport in the city, I knew this from a friend and had to ask the receptionist to provide me with the ticket, if I didn't ask they wouldn't have provided the service!
