Location
Cleanliness, there were drops of urine on the toilet seat and people living there are washing their clothes in washroom and they are there for drying inside the washroom underwear and all. Furthermore the people living there make a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep till 2 am I slept for an hour than left for job.

What I like the most is the staff, they are so nice! I am older, and my right leg has a problem, so I asked for a lower bed at booking. They reserved a lower bed for me, and put my name on a lower bed before I arrived, that just made me feel so happy. After checking in, while I was in another room from the reception area, a young man at the reception desk saw me puzzling, he got up to ask me if I need help. On the day I was leaving, a young lady staff asked if I need help to carry down my luggage. I just can't thank enough for all the care they gave me. May God bless you all!

Amazing location in the heart of the city, lots of restaurants around. Beds were made. Large shared kitchen.
If the windows overlook the courtyard, it may be noisy in the evening and morning.

The location is very nice and convenient. Kitchen has decent amenities. The bar downstairs is pretty cozy and nice. People were also friendly
The place is not very clean at all; there were alive worms/larvae in the shower and the fridge in the kitchen was absolutely horrible (spoiled disgusting food, half under water), see pics. Doors also slam shut extremely loud, and in my 3 night stay we had to be evacuated out of the building 2 times due to a fire alarm
