Wonderful
The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly pleased with the layout of the room. The bathroom was also nice and modern.
It would have been nice to have had more than one coffee capsule per person. One had to drink decaffeinated since there was a sortment as well.

The amount of excess sand from the makeshift 'beach' on the rooftop bar. Sand seemingly everywhere - and a long way from a beach or sandpit! Confusing entry from the carpark, when you find the entrance to it.

The concept and location is exceptional and perfect for travelers with kids. We loved having a kitchen (although we didn’t do anything besides boil water) and a separate bedroom so that the adults could enjoy the space while the kids slept. The one bedroom was bigger than I expected. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to the train station and all the major things to do in Leipzig.
The breakfast is not great… €19.90 for that spread is way too expensive. But my son enjoyed the banana shakes and the hot chocolate so it was ultimately worth it for me. There is some sound from the streetcars. I didn’t mind it but people should be aware so that they don’t expect an absolutely quiet, quaint hotel experience.

large, clean, comfortable apartment in city center. large shower, a lot of storage places in bedrooms and bathroom. fast check in and check out. fully equiped kitchen. recommend! we found a parking place on the next street, and we were lucky it was weekend, but not a lot of parking places on the street available nearby. there is, however, paid parking garages nearby.

The location is excellent - right in the city center, walking distance from the train station and with a parking garage right underneath it. The staff was very friendly. We had everything we needed.

This was one of the best stays in booking for me ever. 10 min to the train station, right next to the center (the Christmas market starts right next to the hotel). Huge apartment with a lot of amenities. Right next there is a big supermarket.

The receptionists were very responsive and they solved all the problems I addressed to them - I appreciate that! The bed was really comfortable and I slept well. My room was facing a small quiet street with no traffic, so no disturbing noise at night. The beautiful and well kept GDR stairwells - like from a history book! An Edeka right downstairs which is really convenient. The main train station is reachable on foot within 10 min.
Honestly I haven't seen such poor house keeping for ages. 1. There were supposed to be free toiletries in the bathroom - there was none. Literally none. I went to the reception, they gave me 2 shower gels. Ok, problem solved. But why nothing left in the bathroom in the first place? 2. A huge dirt stain on the mirror upon my arrival. I complain to the reception, they send someone to clean it. Ok, problem solved. But why wasn't the room properly cleaned before the check-in? 3. There was only 1 toilet paper roll and I ran out of it after 2 days. Texted the reception in WhatsApp, some more toilet paper was brought to the room. Ok, problem solved. But why not leave more toilet paper in the room from the beginning? 4. Check-out time is 11:00. At 10:30 there are house keeping people knocking my door. I tell them that I have time until 11AM and they left. Ok, problem solved. But wtf? Now about comfort. There is a long outer balcony/gallery running along all the rooms on the floor. No separators, so everyone is free to walk and look into other guests rooms. In the room there are no semitransparent curtains to obscure the view, so everyone can literally walk by and see you inside. Yes, there are thick curtains, but who wants to sit in the darkness during day light? On top of that, apparently the smoking is permitted at that gallery - at least I haven't seen any "smoking forbidden" signs. So sometimes someone's cigarette smoke just entered my open windows while I was trying to air the room. Why is it even allowed to poison the air of non smocking guests?! In all hotels where I ever stayed, smoking on balconies was prohibited. And the cigarette butts weren't even cleaned away, so my whole stay I had a "fantastic" view at someone's cancer sticks. Also, there are problems with ventilation in the room - the air constantly feels thick. Fortunately I got a huge promo discount from Booking for that deal.

Excellent apartment / hotel that is very close to the train & bus stations but also city center. The apartment was nicely furnished and bathroom / shower was nicely sized. Bonus that they have laundry available on site. The building complex that they are attached to also has a fully stocked grocery store, among many other stores.
The laundry room was slightly confusing to find and it only accepts payment via the WeWash app.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable.
We were taken aback by the whole set-up: almost like a room-factory, with dubious-looking corridors. We also had a neighbor that turned on his music at 7am, very loud and not nice. The heating unit was very noisy (air in the system?), so we turned it off the 2nd night.

Everything was perfect. It was clean, had a good location, the kitchenette had basic cookware and utensils.
Without aircon can be a little problem in the hot summer days nowadays
