Very nice room, clean and comfortable.
We were taken aback by the whole set-up: almost like a room-factory, with dubious-looking corridors. We also had a neighbor that turned on his music at 7am, very loud and not nice.
The heating unit was very noisy (air in the system?), so we turned it off the 2nd night.

Location, view from room across Leipzig
The amount of excess sand from the makeshift 'beach' on the rooftop bar. Sand seemingly everywhere - and a long way from a beach or sandpit! Confusing entry from the carpark, when you find the entrance to it.

Everything was perfect. It was clean, had a good location, the kitchenette had basic cookware and utensils.

Kitchenette included (microwave/oven) refrigerator and stove made food option very flexible.
Comfortable bedding, bathroom unit.
No airconditioning within room. Door/window can open for fresh air but during hot summer daytime, it became uncomfortably warm. Coffee maker provided but no pod in the room. Had to request one from front desk which required another visit to front desk.

Location was great. 10 min walk from main train station. Close to trams and attractions
There was no AC in building 4 rooms, it was 36c but staff give me a fan promptly. The hallway where my room was at was dark when there’s no motion (was kind of scary walking over as a solo traveler haha). There was a power outage at 10:30pm and the reception was not reachable via phone or WhatsApp after hours. The power came back after a few hours.

The front desk people were very helpful. We requested additional set of bedding, the staff delivered the bedding and also made the bed for us.
The room was spacious and clean, with great view (from my room) to the city center.

The location is great but it is hard to find the entrance and reception desk. And there is NO hotel parking for the check-in. This is a great hotel when traveling without a car. Right in the center of town and close to all the downtown attractions. The room was big enough with a kitchenette and a table for 4. we had two sleeping rooms. And the Edeka is right around the corner. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. Parking garage was hard to find but once found, it was all well connected.
For car travelers: NO parking for check-in. It was hard and we drove around three times before finding a spot. Then it took some time to find the entrance to the hotel. The reception desk is on the 5th or 6th floor. And finding the parking garage connected to the hotel was a challenge as well. Maybe one could tell the customers before arrival.

The room literally had everything you could possibly need, dishes, a kettle, coffee machine, iron, ironing board etc. The room was really comfy and looked stylish and tidy.
There were some minor scuff marks on the walls and a little dust on the lamps, but these are all such small things.
