Wonderful
Staff were extremely nice and friendly, we even got a free upgrade! The Family Room was so spacious, there was an electric fan in both rooms (both worked really well).
We also liked the breakfast buffet. So many options were available, I think everyone will find something they like.
After reading reviews stating how loud the rooms towards the street get because of the tram, I was a little worried, because I sleep very lightly. On top of that, there is a big construction site opposite of the hotel at the moment. But I was pleasantly surprised! While the windows were closed, the noise from the tram was minimal and the construction noise was also not that bad, it stopped before 6pm as well.
The shower could have been a bit cleaner. I was getting really annoyed by the hair dryer. It turned off after maybe 30 seconds, no matter if it was close to my hair or further away.
My dad said his mattress was way too soft, but that is just a preference thing.

Great low-orice hotel. Lots of electrical outlets. Great breakfast for Euro 17. Close to the central train station. A 10 minute walk to the Markplatz. Helpful staff. Super good WiFi.
Located next to a busy street with streetcars that run almost constantly. Try to get a room facing away from the street.

Very noisy because of tram and train station in front of the window
No AC and just a weak ventilator provided, so needed to keep the windows open during the night which increased the noise discomfort

Located near Hauptbahnhof and Innenstadt. The reception was around the clock. It was extremely clean and quiet. We enjoyed television.
Only the tram sound was loud (Only when the window was open). However, we enjoyed staying there and will come back for sure.

The room is clean and comfortable. Very good location, close to the train station, sightseeing spots, museums, and the zoo. Very comfortable mattress.
There were problems with drainage in the sink and toilet. Not critical, but there was a smell.
