The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and the location was ideal, only five minutes walk from the train station.
The room was quite warm due to thermal isolation and we could hear the tram passing by on the street which made it noisy at night. We got some rest plugs from the hotel though, that helped. The breakfast was not what was expected but still ok, a bit expensive in our opinion.

The staff were lovely, the hotel spotless, location so close to the station , room a good size,, TV with channels in various languages, very comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet. Would definitely come back.

Location- close to train station and close to main town. Very walkable. I asked for 2 beds and was able to get that. Coffee machine at reception was nice and not expensive. I wanted hot water to make tea in the evening and was given a kettle to use...everywhere else I stayed provided one in the room. Lots of food places at the nearby station, and in the town for a longer walk. Friendly staff.Wifi worked well. I liked the power points for charging right next to the bed!

Staff were extremely nice and friendly, we even got a free upgrade! The Family Room was so spacious, there was an electric fan in both rooms (both worked really well).
We also liked the breakfast buffet. So many options were available, I think everyone will find something they like.
After reading reviews stating how loud the rooms towards the street get because of the tram, I was a little worried, because I sleep very lightly. On top of that, there is a big construction site opposite of the hotel at the moment. But I was pleasantly surprised! While the windows were closed, the noise from the tram was minimal and the construction noise was also not that bad, it stopped before 6pm as well.
The shower could have been a bit cleaner. I was getting really annoyed by the hair dryer. It turned off after maybe 30 seconds, no matter if it was close to my hair or further away.
My dad said his mattress was way too soft, but that is just a preference thing.
