Beds were comfy.
We were not told bar and restaurant were closed on booking or checking in. We had travelled for 2 days from Ukraine and had to order food in. Staff were not helpful.

The bed was pretty confortabile and the room was clean. The location is a bit outside the city, but for us there was no issue, because of the close connection to the highway.
First the charging station of the car did not work properly, although I called at the hotel before our arrival to make sure it was working. I had to yell at the receptionist, because she kept saying the station belongs to a different company, and they are not responsible for its fault. After a long discussion she went outside and called a number to make it work. Also, we arrived after dinner time, but they said we can still order food. We ordered soup and a dish, and after waiting for 40 minutes they said they cannot make the electronics work, therefore the meal is cancelled.

Very nice staff, I booked the wrong room and just for 3€ extra they gave us another one. The bed was huuuuge! Parking right in front was also a big plus and it was for free. Shopping centre was also not far away (we went there for food
The room looked outdated. Everything kind of looked like it got stuck somewhere 20 years ago. The bed wasn’t too bad but it could be better and softer. Also the breakfast didn’t have a lot to offer or maybe is just me, being used to something else as this was my first stay in Germany. The dinner there was very expensive..

In it's class this hotel had everything we wanted. We were on a month's long road trip around Germany and wanted a hotel with free on site parking, a breakfast was included and to our eternal thanks it also had a reasonably priced bar and evening menu. Room was a decent size too. Public transport to explore Leipzig is a mere 5 minute walk and will require one change from bus (65) to tram (1), signposted walk.supermarkets are a short drive, Netto, Lidl, Kaufland. Very spacious rooms and huge beds. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options and I was able to request vegan milk.
Bathrooms could do with some renovations. We could hear a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway.

Room was a good size, as were the beds. Mattrass was not particularly comfortable
The food was a joke. For the price, the food was very bad, Service was slow and not friendly. There were several trip hazards in the room. I don´t know whether they were expecting floods from the bathroom, but they were a hazard. Transferring luggage from car to hotel involved climbing about 10 stairs, and depending upon where your car was, a long distance. No trollies or offers of help.
