Close to train station (but there is many other hotels in the area).
Is under construction and no email was sent to inform me about it (entrance, lobby, phone line and air conditioning in one of the room). Extremely rude check in staff who told me that as a guest, I should appreciate what he is offering and if I am having a problem we could take it outside.

Building works going on made things appear messy and haphazard, and the breakfast options weren't particularly good for a buffet.

Being totally renovated when I stayed. Extremely basic.
I stayed here while visiting to watch the Conference League Final which my team won so I was extremely happy but the hotel was a bit of a shambles.
Mess, noise, dust, small room, curtains didn't fit window so light streams in at 5am, shower was just a drip not a flow

Room was fine, breakfast was fine, location good position but not the best area. Bed comfortable but not pillows.
Pillows uncomfortable, needed an higher one. Area around hotel not nice. Entrance being refurbished.

Very good location,right opposite the Hauptbahnhof and only a few minutes walk into the centre of town.
Room was modern and clean and the staff at the front desk were very accommodating.
Hotel was undergoing some renovations when I stayed(April 2026) and was not at it's most visually inviting with the entrance being through as side gate and around the back.
