Very Good
Location was great, right across the train station. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. They were very nice on Christmas and gave everyone a small chocolate.
The bathroom smelled a bit like urine and the toilet was very dirty inside. I cleaned it myself. It needed a fridge and a free bottle of water like other hotels. Pillows are not the best.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was pretty good.
Room had no hand soap, no tissue, no functioning shower gel dispenser… when a new guest arrives all of these things should be checked beforehand! Also, I was given a room on the top floor. It was a long trek to my room! Since the elevator does not go to the top floor, I had to carry my bag up the last flight of stairs. It was inconvenient and the hotel offered no assistance.

Location
The toilet had stains and hairs. The room had a horrible smell, a mix of anti-mold staff and basements. The smell was only bearable when opening the window, but then it was so loud you couldn’t sleep.

Location is prefect right across form central train station which is like a giant mall with everything you can dream of. Room was perfect

Location is great! Not just trains, but trams and buses come into central hub. Easy to catch public transport for city. I was on 6th floor and didn't hear any noise. Could feel the rumble of trains and it put me to sleep like the womb. 15 Euro breakfast was excellent! Eggs and bacon, plus all other options. Wait staff kept it neat and running smoothly even when crowded. Room was small by American standards, but I was out in Leipzig each day and didn't notice. All fixtures and furniture was new and modern and clean. Front desk staff was competent and friendly.

We were using public transportation and the hotel was directly across from the central train station. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet when the window was closed.
The air conditioner was average and we would have liked it if it made the room a little colder. We like a very cool room.
