The comfort provided in the hotel. The ability of the staff to assist to make a smooth check in and stay. The cleanliness of the room and the open communication to make it a worthy stay for the guests.
The current refurbishment of the restaurant means that a comfortable breakfast is suspended. A good morning breakfast on offer would have made the stay superb.

Location was great, right across the train station. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. They were very nice on Christmas and gave everyone a small chocolate.
The bathroom smelled a bit like urine and the toilet was very dirty inside. I cleaned it myself. It needed a fridge and a free bottle of water like other hotels. Pillows are not the best.
