The hotel was in a good location, easily accessible from both the Leipzig Hbf and restaurants and other attractions. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, and fairly sizable and comfortable.
The Wi-Fi was very unreliable, I was disconnected every hour or two and would have to reconnect through a QR provided on the TV which was inconvenient. The connection was also not very good.

Very Good
The room was comfortable for two and spacious. Nicely furnished - unique actually.
The location was perfect for exploring the city. Close to most of the sights of interest.
The breakfast was ample and for the price segment good. The coffee was good. Pity one could not order other egg variations - only hard-boiled.
Parking! Unfortunately due to its location, parking is difficult to find it you do not use the underground parking which are not closeby. However, we were fortunate enough to find public parking behind the hotel which allows hourly parking and a day parking ticket. I think it was 12/14 Euros compared to underground parking between 20/24 Euros per day.
The other issue was the room keycard. Upon arrival I already noticed that the room was unlocked when we occupied it. That fact was forgotten when we left in the evening or explore the city. Upon returning in the evening however, once again, the door was not locked.
The next morning we mentioned it to Katharin at reception where upon she had housekeeping check it. It was discovered that it was defect and we were relocated into another room on the same floor. She solved the problem efficiently, quickly and with absolute friendly and forthcoming. In fact, we were offered drinks from the beverage vending machine.

Great friendly staff, clean room, great location in the city center. Complimentary water in the room and an amazing free coffee/tea from coffee machines at the lobby 24/7
In case of a late check-in after 22:30 you ask to send an email or call in advance, but it would be better if you'd just provide self check-in instructions by default without asking for this additional hustle of calling/sending an email

In the centre near the old market square and walking distance to train. 24 hr complimentary coffee and teas all good quality.
Quilt was very summer weight and no face washer for shower gel.
