Beautiful and super clean little flat with everything you need even if you would stay for a longer period. Comes with your own parking spot and a love for detail in the flat. Nice area with public transport just around the corner but you can also walk into the city (~3km).

Kitchen is very good, there are loads of equipment in there.
The towels is a little smelly. Doesnt have elevator( on the 1st floor in Europe) for Taiwan, 2nd floor.

Spotlessly clean, great to have washer/dryer, toys for the children, dishwasher etc.
We stayed in July and the apartment was very hot as there is no air conditioning

The place was clean and well equipped. The kitchen is ready to use with everyrhing you might need.
There were 2 different coffee machines to use.
The bed and pillows was a little bit uncomfortable. And also, the armchair in livingroom can be improved.

Everything. Ralf was there to meet us and showed us around and took the time to answer any questions about the area. We were walking distance from several grocery stores including a large Kaufland. As well as walking distance from public transit that takes you into city center in 20 minutes. Quiet neighborhood. Slept undisturbed despite it being a music festival and long weekend.
The only thing I can think of is that it was too warm for us living coming from a colder country, and no fan was available. But I also didn't ask.
