The receptionist Robert deserves special mention. He made our stay feel like visiting a close friend. ☀️ I really liked that there are special places for suitcases and rods to hang coats. It's very good that there are many hangers. The stay was really great, I really appreciate this type of hotel. A special thank you from us to Robert, the guy from Australia, and Marta. Also to all the other staff.

The hotel is ideal for independent living. You can find everything you need for a comfortable independent life. People need more hotels like this all over the world. Thank you to the Australian employee and Marta for their kindness and friendliness.
The entire center of Leipzig is filled with the smell of sewage. I have formed the opinion that the air supply through the ventilation holes comes from outside, where there is a terrible stench. If the wind is from the opposite direction, the stench in the rooms is unbearable. I think it has nothing to do with the hotel itself, because the hotel itself is very neat in every sense.

There was a very helpful young woman working that night. She helped me a lot. The male employee who worked that night also helped me. After a long trip, it was very nice to meet such helpful employees, as I met the night I arrived at the hotel.
I arrived at night (~00:00-01:00), no one let me in, but I managed to get into the hotel through a hotel guest.

We love staying at Adina apartments so we can have apartment size accommodations. It breaks up the hotel snugness of travel. The pool was nice for a dip to relax. We also like to book somewhere we can do laundry mid-trip. The location is convenient to the train station and most of what the city has to offer.
I’m not a big fan of wash/dry units. The dry cycle seems to take sooooo long and the clothes always seem to feel damp no matter how long you dry them. This is not a fault of Adina but the wash/dry technology. At least there was a dry option other than a drying rack which is what we normally get in Europe

Location is excellent and staff is super nice and very helpful.
Kitchen wasn’t as clean especially extraction fan as I would expect from staying at other Adina hotels. Gym also was quite disappointing.
