Nice restaurant. Breakfast in the basement, average. Large parking lot, 5 Euro per night
Enough for a night's stay, I wouldn't want to spend more days here. We were accommodated in rooms 103 and 104. There was a strange smell in room 104, nothing was visible anywhere, but it couldn't be aired out. There was a curtain in the shower, the bathrooms were tiny, without shelves, the sink was outside the room.

The room and lovely shower
At the reception i needed to pay city tax, I found that very customer-unfriendly and inhospitable. After all, I'm staying here and already bringing my money. I'm being met with stinginess and greed of Leipzig via a hotel. And at the reception, I had to enter my phone number again, after which I later received a vague text message from an unknown number saying "hello Mare." I don't like that at all. Discretion is required.

The hotel has an excellent Greek restaurant and the staff are friendly & helpful. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room.
The fridge was not very cold. A kettle in the room would be useful.

The room was good value for a cheap price.
I stayed here while working remotely on USA time, so reliable internet was essential. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi stopped working late at night. I called reception twice around 1 a.m. to ask for help, but the staff were dismissive and told me they were “too busy” to look into it. This lack of urgency cost me an entire day of work. A hotel that advertises Wi-Fi should ensure it’s functional, and at the very least, show willingness to assist guests when problems arise.

-- The wifi didn't work in our room (#107) on either of our phones. It worked fine on both of our phones in the hotel lobby.
-- A barking dog in room #109 disturbed our sleep, before 07:00.
-- There was a used container of ice cream in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. Based on the smell, it had been there for some time.
