Nice, old and definitively German-style building. Placed in a very convenient place, at less than 200mt from the East gate of the Central Station and at a few minutes walk from the city centre.
The shower floor becomes slippery when wet. To protect the showering guests, especially the aged ones, I would suggest adding anti-slip stripes to the shower floor and/or handrails on the wall. The western face receives plenty of sunshine in the evening, which causes a room on that side of the building to warm up. Opening the windows lets noise from the street traffic into the room.
