Quiet, well equipped, comfortable beds and a good hearty breakfast. Staff are charming.
Our room felt overly warm during the night. The Airconditioning system did not seem to function very well.

Ensured I had a sufficiently supportive pillow (on request) and sufficiently separated twin beds. Also met my needs for gluten free and dairy free foods at breakfast. Staff really friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice also.
We had a family suit, and the only bathroom had a see-through glass door. We are a family with kids, so going to the bathroom was not at all easy.

Staff was friendly. Specially the guy from the bar. He spoke Spanish and was very nice!
Not very clean, found some bugs on the room
Also the lady with the glasses on the night shift. She was very rude to us. We asked for a taxi, which we also did the previous night without problem, and this lady refused to call for a taxi. Came downstairs and she was facetiming on the lobby, waited a couple minutes for her to come and I prayed for the taxi since we were attending a Music festival nearby and there wasnt other option to get there. She kept refusing. Guy from the bar helped me try to get one, then the lady hand me the phone rudely so I could speak with the taxi company instead of her doing it.
