Excellent breakfast. Location was good, easy walk into Ladenburg which is a beautiful place to spend time. Handy for travelling to Maimarktgelande, just 14 mins away by car. Dogs welcome. Nice area outside to eat &/or drink & where dogs were welcome. All the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Small supermarket next door & a very good bakery at the top of the road.
Disappointed that the bar was not open at all on a Sunday, seemed strange for a hotel. At the end of a 4 day event at Maimarktgelande it would have been nice to celebrate as a team our achievements.

The girl who was working on reception and later in the restaurant (Jennifer?) was extremely helpful. She gave us a restaurant table in an especially cool side room as the temperature was so very very hot that day. She deserves special recognition.
The aircon in our room wasn’t really able to cope with the extreme temperatures but maybe not many systems could.

This hotel is good, but no frills. The room was a good size and comfortable.
1) The door to the bathroom was ridiculous. First, it is a glass door, so you can't turn on the light at night without disturbing your partner. Secondly, the sliding door does not clear the doorway, so I, not a particularly broad person, could not go through the doorway without turning slightly. A heavy set person would definitely have a problem. 2) Although the breakfast is good, the scrambled eggs were dry.

This is the best customer service I’ve had for ages. The staff are amazing!
The breakfast is not up to scratch for the price you pay. Brötchen not fresh and cheap fruit & cheese. No vegan options and coffee from the machine. Cheap juice etc. Don’t recommend. There seems to Bea bakery / cafe round the corner.
