Very close to the Messe
No water in the room, no minibar. The hotel has potential, but it looks like a hotel in a forgotten town where the management is struggling to save costs by cutting service and monetize everything.

It was very close to my job
Very loud (the building vibrated with strong wind and there was a noise like vibrating glass, we could hear neighbours walk. We could even smell the neighbours perfume). Also BLACK MOLD in the bathroom and not just a little. The whole shower wall was covered in it. Parking charges despite disability parking card. When we asked about free parking in the area upon checkin we were falsely informed there was none. We were happy to check out a day early. Staff upon checkout was incredibly friendly though!!!

The location was great as we were exhibiting at Eurotier and it was walking distance. The housekeeping was also really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
As we were there during Eurotier they increased the price of the night by 5 times the regular price. It was really expensive. The reception desk promised us several times to have our invoice ready as this is a work trip that needed to have an invoice number, be in English and not German and be signed and stamped and it took us 3 days with 4 different people to finally get it done the correct way. It was really disappointing. The hotel room itself doesn’t have any amenities and not even a phone to ask anything of the reception desk.

Room heater is not enough to warm in room and it is running loudly and disturbing and two times I told it reseption guy and no solution!!!

The value is not worth the hotel facilities, at all. No restaurents around and the hotel doesnt have good restaurent inside. I am shring the photoes of the first night of arrival. This was the most expensive worst stay of mine ever

Not a lot. To be honest, I was glad to leave. The Hotel staff that I dealt with were polite. That was about the only positive.
It was just too hot and there was no air con. It was like staying in a giant sauna. The location is convenient enough, but there is a derelict supermarket at the back of the hotel. There was a person pushing a shopping trolley loaded up with what looked to be the remains of their life piled into it. I felt slightly unsafe in the locality. In the morning, when I was walking my dog back to the car to leave, there was a guy standing on the street corner with a large, aggressive dog that was basically harassing people. I was honestly glad to leave. Never again.
