When we first came in to the apartment it was messy and not clean dirty dishes and not cleaned bads and everything(but at that time there was cleaner so I talked to him and he cleaned the apartment)then there was no electricity in our apartment and then we called the support and they took care of everything very fast

- It was quite neat and clean. - Self check in automatic system. - Lots of space. (Triple room)
- Difficult parking possibilities. Not designated spots so you never know if you park it right. - At the period of time we were to arrive there were heavy road constructions in the direct vicinity of the hotel that had lasted for months not a one night stand. :-) Consequently 1) the GPS could not locate the alternative route. 2) the heavy noise was being heard all the night long. Nota bene, none of those pieces of information came before you confirmed your reservation as regards that you need to locate another address to get to the place as well as the one concerning the noise. A message about higher levels of noise came after youve placed an non refundable booking. - Understanding the strict checkout policy (10 AM) it was totally impropriate that the stuff tried to kick you out already at 9:40. - We had to wait for 20 minutes for warm water in the tap to get shower. We really thought it was a technical issue but luckily it was not! :-) - Neither A/C nor a fan. - Too far from good value for money - Bad feeling in general :-(

Difficult to reach because of road closure for maintenance. Noise 24/7 cause they keep working even in the night.

You have everything that you need.
It was dirty. A lot of dirt under the beds and tables. The microwave over was full of leftover food and oils, the kitchen sink was emitting this sewer smell. Windowsills were dusty. Bathroom was clean.

Disappointing
Location is fine and the room is okay. Details as adding some thee or something would be great.
The road outside is closed and construction workers are working on it day and night. I did not sleep good because of the sounds. If I knew this I would not made the reservation. When the road is finished it is nice to come back.
