Loved the hospitality of the ladies and gentleman in the front desk.
Also the hospitality of the ladies at the breakfast restaurant and Mrs. Katryn (?) black hair waitress in the coffe/pastries place in the afternoon were exceptional.
It was a crushing disappointment to find the room poorly cleaned, dust in furnitures, spiders in every space (bedroom, living room, toilet) and window curtains. I have to kill six spiders myself because call to reception was unresponsive. I went to the front desk and personally requested for these to be properly cleaned, unfortunatelly the cleaning was mediocre and there were insects still left in the room when we returned early evening.
In the coffee/pastry place during the afternoon, we went to ask for the sorted chocolates and how to buy them. The blonde older lady behind the counter shut us off without saying good day or afternoon and sent us to seat at the table, certainly rude. Fortunately, Ms. Katryn (glasses-black hair lady) saved the day with her warmth hospitality.
Another item that needs urgent uplift is the menu or food in room service, really not good. It was better to dress up and go the the neighboring restaurants for better food at better price.

Extremely happy and helpful staff, particularly excellent breakfast team with breakfast until 1 pm ? Very good SPA, nice rooms, really recommendable ?
The room cleaning was a bit below expectations.

We loved the kind gesture of the hotel manager, she recevied us with a hand written card, wine and chocolate cakes in the room (very elegant and an example of hospitality to her team). We loved the room ammenities, space, view and tranquility. Very convenient parking, great breakfast, very good bar and restaurants. Gesa was wonderful, working everywhere, and always hospitable.
Perhaps, bar tender and a gentleman in room service delivery should be as hospitable as the bar waiters (true gentlemen), however this is a humble observation.

The hospitality was amazing! Visiting from the US and as soon as we walked in, there was friendly staff and complimentary beverages (for kids too!) upon check-in. When we got to our room there was a cot for our toddler set up with a sand bucket and toys for the beach. Super thoughtful! Great location, right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals, shopping, etc. The breakfast buffet, wow! Provides a great variety of options and the food was fresh and amazing. There is a parking garage right below the hotel so convenient as well. We will definitely be planning a trip back to stay!
Fortunately my spouse is from Germany and can speak the language, however there were times it was difficult for me to communicate with the staff. Might be helpful to have written options such as menus or signs in English to help bridge any communication gaps. But again the staff again was amazing!

For the price ... its pretty old fashioned and the internial design is very much not appealing
