Absolutely stunning castle. Service in hotel, at front desk, during breakfast, at the bar and in the lounge was outstanding. We had a suite with shower and separate tub. Room was large and beautifully decorated.
Room was so warm, we had to open a window, but it was stifling before we figured out we could open window.

A stunning and unique property off the beaten path just outside of Frankfurt. The hotel has been artfully and lovingly maintained and has excellent food and beverage, lovely rooms, comfortable beds, and stellar service. We had a sizable soundproof room (great for us as we have a young son and we were worried as he can be loud sometimes) with a huge bathroom, ample storage for clothing and personal belongings, and a gorgeous view of of the property. We ordered breakfast to our room and it was top notch. Would definitely return.
Not so much something not to like per se but this is also a private golf club so you can't really wander around the property.

A real palace experience! Everyone was super friendly. Check in and check out super easy. Highly recommend the afternoon tea experience! The hotel is also 10-15 walk from the lovely Kronberg town. Very special indeed
I have to admit the breakfast room was really cramped with little variety of items on the buffet. They also do not tell you what you can order in addition from the kitchen. All tasty and good but would expect a bit more from a 5 star

The hotel is stunning and beautiful. Extremely clean. The grounds are it gorgeous and extremely well kept. There's a sense of elegance, an old world. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with so many different types of food options. Great place for a weekend, getaway or a vacation. Very romantic, there were a lot of events going on that weekend, including a wedding.

Huge Bathroom, nice beds. Fantastic Ambiance, great Garden and Park. In general it was a royal experience to stay at such a historc building with an original Turner painting in the Baer!
Wifi Was not working. Not a big deal for me as I just went to the lobby and did may work there. I know it's a problem not being able to connect nowadays but the staff tried their best.
