It was adequate for an overnight stop on our road trip to Italy
We were in the older part of the hotel which is a bit dated and no restaurant availability when we arrived.

Nice hotel compared to other hotels around this area. Sauna.
Sauna should be open longer. The bar also closed early on that weekend.

Very comfortable stay Lovely room facing the garden Extremely comfortable bed Spa area seemed nice, although I didn't use Amazing breakfast! Great location for my business meeting. Lovely gift upon check-out of some orange marmalade locally produced; nice touch!
Whilst there was only me travelling & I booked as a single guest, I had booked a double room. The double bed was made with a single duvet & 1 x pillow, which I found slightly random! I was extremely comfortable, but didn't quite understand the logic?! I specifically asked at reception whether I had to make a reservation in the restaurant for dinner in the evening & I was told 'No'. Therefore I didn't didn't, but when I arrived for dinner about 6.45pm, it was full & they told me to come back at 8.30pm, which was extremely frustrating. Instead, I returned to my room & ordered room service, which then took an hour to arrive. The food was very bland & frankly, wish I hadn't bothered, but couldn't summon the energy to drive into town & find something else.

not for me I’m afraid, a little run down to be honest although the bar area on the decking was ok

The rooms were spacious and clean. very Modern and amazing view. Very relaxing for a quick getaway
