The hotel was very clean and tidy. The restaurant was excellent with wonderful meals and much ambience. The staff treated us so well we could have felt we were at home.
There was no lift, but the hotel staff took our bags to our room.

I loved this hotel! My room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate with a spacious shower. I was welcomed warmly by the staff when I arrived. My overall stay was EXCEPTIONAL.

Thank you for the warm welcome at this great Hotel. Your staff hospitality is of high standard and general cleanliness of the hotel, rooms is so appealing.
For breakfast, you can opt to have more varieties in terms of what one is eat, more fruits etc. It is really a nice place to stay for couples, groups or singles. Keep it up the excellent work and kind regards.

The overall location is perfect for a couples night out and in general. The bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was great!
Parking with a large vehicle was slightly inconvenient, but there is not much to complain about.

We come here almost every year because of the location to and from the American military bases we have to travel to for work. But also because we like the owner, Elizabeth. The staff is great and the place is immaculate as far as cleanliness! Elizabeth is an amazing chef! Food is the best! Even the breakfast is great with lots of variety.
The WiFi isn’t good. I even kept getting kicked off of it in my room.
Unfortunately the town is getting a little run down. Looks like many local businesses closed. But that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Beautiful, clean, great breakfast, easy parking.
Not in the best area, no fan or ac so it was very hot even with the windows cracked. There isn’t a screen on the windows so you can’t leave them wide open.

The room was very spacious and clean with a pretty views of the town and surrounding hills. The bathroom was very nice as well.
It could have been because my room was on the edge of the hotel, but the wifi was a poor/slow unless I went down to the restaurant. The last morning I was there, it was very noisy with lots of yard work (weed wackers, hedge trimmers, etc).

Continental breakfast with eggs and bacon cooked to order. Above average hot tea. Above average Verman restaurant for dinner. Large room, high end bathroom, extremely comfortable bedding.

The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect. The staff and meals were great.
This is my fourth time staying there, and I've always been extremely pleased. However, this time, in room 11, the internet connection was so bad that I was unable to complete my work nor stay connected on other devices. I'd prefer the other rooms I've stayed in.

Location is great to walk into downtown Landstuhl; staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was plentiful and they cooked eggs to order.
