Rooms were quite spacious and clean
I traveled with my wife and three kids (ages 7, 4, and 4). We only needed one executive room since each room had two double beds, which would have been sufficient for us. However, the booking system required us to reserve and pat for two rooms

Not much to like. It was fairly cheap, but this was also reflected in what you got for your money, which wasn't much.
My daughter's first reaction, was if we were going to a hospital. And she wasn't far off. It looks like a hospital with some nice wallpaper. Very worn rooms, torn curtains, loose tiles in the bathroom, old plumbing that was falling out of the walls. The restaurant was empty at dinner for a reason, the breakfast looked nothing like their pictures. And pictures in general looks nothing like the property. If you read comments, you see that their pool closed down in 2021, but you still find pictures of the pool online. They also state having a minibar in the room, which they didn't and the location might be close to the freeway, but there is absolutely no other reason to stop here. I k ow it says that the star rating is given by the hotel, this clearly shows, that you cannot trust the star ratings.

Location
We paid for the room online and were only supposed to pay an extra €28 for two dogs and parking.
At check-in, the staff tried to tell us the room was not paid for and demanded €108 in total. After around 20 minutes, the man at reception finally decided to check another system and computer – and suddenly, it turned out it was their mistake. He said we only had to pay €28, plus €10 for an “additional person” that wasn’t mentioned before.
The next morning, during check-out, the same thing happened again. Another staff member claimed we had only paid €38 for the dogs, parking, and the extra person, and insisted we still owed money for the room.
This is a disgrace.
The room was dirty, the silicone in the bathroom was old and moldy, the table was burned, and the view from the window was of a dead rat.

Comfortable bed.
Room was not clean when we arrived, but we tried to be polite.
Glasses were dirty, water bottle was empty, seems somebody was there before us.
Bathroom glasses were used, no toilet paper.
We asked for kettle and it was not working. Morning receptionists was super nervous, not helping and even told “get yourself sick”.
For boil water he sent us to breakfast area and they gave warm water from sink… I asked again boil water and he gave warmer water from sink again.
When shift changed other receptionist on check out had more empathy and suggested free breakfast as compensation.

Good location for someone just passing through town, near highway.
The room was not at all like the pictures, it felt very old and tired. The bathroom was dirty.
