The staff are friendly and responded to questions quickly. Issues in the bathroom were fixed quickly. The spa area is pleasant, with a sauna, steam bath, and soothing outside area. The heritage park nearby is lovely. A good selection of pillows at the touch of a button.
The room was somewhat dated and gave no luxury feel. The wifi was spotty and slow. There were the aforementioned three problems in the bathroom, no hot water, hanging shower-head, and leaky sink, that we had to request repairs on. The breakfast was a fairly standard hotel breakfast, which would be fine were it a lower cost hotel. It was noisy in the morning. Outside our room was the parking lot, with a few tractors that drove in and out, as well as a loading bay. There was also a party in the hotel one night that was loud and went to around midnight. They have a poor tablet system with hotel services. It is slow, the phone aspect failed to work, and it blinks at night. It's a bit of a hike to the nearest transit and a bit far from any kind of city facilities. The one massage in the spa was sub-standard -- the Thai massage locations in the city were better. We were unable to rent mountain bikes as they lost the key to the storage.

Perfect location for exploring the park - it was right across the road. We were there on a Wednesday when the water games happened, which were absolutely brilliant. The hotel is clean and well-presented, with very easy parking on-site. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent.
Evening meals in the restaurant were very expensive and there was limited choice.

Very coordian service by the staff. Unfortunately, could not take advantage of the spa options, due to late evening earrival. However, the breakfast could be improved a bit i.e. wrt. choice/options etc., I guess. It was good anyway !

The location of the hotel is perfect if you're planning to explore Kassel's beautiful park—it's right next door! Our room was spacious enough for our family of three, and we especially loved the amazing balcony. The hotel facilities were excellent too, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a cozy, inviting bar and restaurant area that's perfect for relaxing with a drink. Being right next to the parking space also made arriving with luggage super convenient.
