Quiet location right opposite the Bergpark Unesco sight
The hotel charged on top of the booking fee extra 2 per person tourist tax, 5 per person energy supplement and 5 extra a day for breakfast even though we booked breakfast with the room! So do not be surprised when your bill is hire than I had planned! Outrageous! The staff also do not everyday refresh toiletries

Breakfast was good. Spa was nice, but busy. Friendly staff.
We booked a room with a balcony, but after we got to the room, it didn't have one. When we asked about this at the reception, we were told that not all the rooms in this category have a balcony. We were offered a different room, but because it wasn't that warm outside and the staff assured us that the room was in the same price category, we stayed in the room. When we got back to the room at night, it was very cold, even though the thermostat was on all day, the heaters did not heat up at all. There was a loud mechanical buzzing noise every 5 minutes all through the night. When we complained about this the next day we got offered a different room that was a lot nicer and actually had a balcony. However, in the evening we discovered that the heaters were again not working and there was loud music playing until midnight. The cold rooms, combined with the noise at night and having to change rooms in the middle of our stay were was not something we expected from a weekend getaway in a four star hotel and I would absolutely not book a room at this hotel again.

Fantastic location for the Park, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast very good and dinner fantastic.
No lifts to our room, lots of stairs to negotiate, however the reception staff did get us a porter.

near the park. Nice view. Breakfast. Sauna.
The room quality was pretty bad and old. The phone in the room was not working. and When we entered the room, the smell was really bad. We guessed the cleaning person did not shower for long time. The smell did not go away even we opened window for an hour.
