Clean, modern room with outside terrace & shared kitchen. close to Karlsaue Park with some lovely walks.
building materials & debris on the terrace. Owners didnt speak English so I had to rely on my Schoolboy German from many years ago - we got by ok.

A lot of space. Clean, good bed, perfect for the night or longer. There is a kitchen, washing machine, pretty much everything! We were a bit late (around 11 pm) and the lady was waiting for us which was really sweet.
Our visit was too short for us to dislike anything. Everything was good.

The location is good for travelling with car, away from the city center but not far away, near a big shopping center (in case in need of groceries). There is a small pantry with microwave and hot water kettle. A nice cosy house and only few rooms available, feels a little bit like Airbnb without too much interaction with the hosts. Hosts are a lovely elderly couple who keep the place very clean.
The bedsheets felt a bit rough (although very clean), but did not affect sleep quality.
