Good parking, when we mentioned the dirty smelly room, the front desk person gave us another room, no attitude.
Dirty room, nail clippings on the floor, smelled of smoke and/or mildew, not enough storage, no elevator to our room. Had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs

It was a nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but nothing wrong with it. The breakfast was good. We walked to a delicious German restaurant for dinner that was next to McDonald’s.

The Check-In clerk! He was like irritated that he was at work. Very slow. Also, for the first time EVER in all my travels we had to get another room for our Grandson. We were told that the rooms were too small? for three people to share a room? Then give us a room to accommodate 3 people. All three of us traveled for 3 weeks, and this hotel was the ONLY one to make us get two rooms. (Germany, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden) Also, after hours of driving and being tired my husband went to ask if there was ice available ... same clerk was extremely irritated to be disturbed again! Maybe you should assist him to find another job!

There was no AC, og since this is close too the highway, made me have window open during the night, and a bit noisy for me.

It was clean
Very rude staff. Unstable bed and mattresses. If one person turned on the other side, the whole bed was shaking and disturbing sleep of the other person. We couldn't buy breakfast on the spot same morning.

Overall, the hotel was decent, but it had a few drawbacks. There was no elevator, and my room was on the first floor, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. Additionally, the room lacked a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The location was also difficult to navigate, as there was limited access to public transportation. I ended up having to take a taxi both ways.
