Directions from the train station were so clear and detailed. All instructions were detailed and accurate. The place is very pleasant, clean, comfortable, and quiet! We really liked it!

1. Confusing Entrance. Instructions helped.
2. Sudden difference in floor levels between 2 rooms. Staying longer might get used to. But initially was tricky.

Very well connected by tram for both the Bergpark and the city of Kassel. The arrival instructions were very clear. The room was lovely and spacious and there was a shared kitchen for us to make coffee, tea and breakfast. The shared fridge was useful too.
It was all better than I hoped!

Quiet rooms in this basic pension, nothing fancy but it was all very clean, good shower, comfy bed and very quiet at night.
Payment is cash only. If you want a bottle of water, it costs money. Quite a few steps to the main entrance so it's not very accessible. There was no one around, you can communicate with the owner over Whatsapp but it takes her a while to respond. The information in the room is all in German - not all tourists are German...

Very comfortable room in an apartment with plenty of facilities for travellers.
Only a few minutes walk from the train station in a quiet neighbourhood
The manageress helpfully allowed me to check in early and also gave me a larger room than I had booked.

Calm, clean house located in safe neighbourhood (felt like this) and all amenities are at hand. Very spacious room as well. And if you need a help- Susanne is very friendly to answer fast.
It’s bit outside a centre(30-40min), so if you’re not walking person you might consider.

A nice and comfortable room in a quiet residential area.ii
As is often the case today, access is digitalised and there is no possibility to physically meet with staff, including getting useful information. This could to a certain extent be compensated by the provision of city maps and other info material

Close to Wilhelmshöhe train station, 8-10 minutes walk. Decent rooms and assistance of the owner Ms. Schrödter is worth to mention.

For our overnight stay Pension TimeOut was exactly what we wanted. Extremely comfortable bed, super bathroom, use of the kitchen and communal rooms, parking space outside, near to good restaurants...... who needs more? We will return

The pension is very quiet and secure and is within easy walking distance of the train station.
There was a light bulb in the ovehead fixture that need to be replaced. There was ony one tissue in the box in the bathroom. (I bought a replacement box of tissues but not the light bulb.)
