As this was my second time into this hotel, yet it has kept the same good level of comfort and hospitality as before. I would definitely book again in this hotel anytime I visit Kassel in future. This is what I like about it as well as the excellent breakfast it offers which is quite unique for an affordable extra price. I like the hotel location on the main street where you can access the trams and taxis and restaurants. Also the downtown and the main train station are just about 10 minutes by tram from the hotel.
Actually nothing in this regard. I found almost everything OK.

Friendly welcome, perfectly clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff who speak perfect english, excellent breakfast.
A dog walking about in the bar/ restaurant. Whimsical exterior. Wifi didn't work.

The rooms that we had were moderately sized and comfortable. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a very well-priced breakfast, which was very generous. Having some parking on site was great, however it was rather small and extremely busy - we were lucky that someone left just as we were arriving, otherwise we would not have found a spot.

Excellent breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. 30 minutes walk from the old town with many bars and restaurants in the direct area.
Room was a little too warm with no way to alter that.

Nice and clean, breakfast was really good. Beds are comfortable but the pillow is not.
Parking was a mission and there was only one thing pillow. Also no airco, so don't want to know how warm the room is when it is hot outside. Outdated
