Fantastic hotel with great staff, great breakfast and beautiful views. Free parking on the road next to the hotel and they also gave us free public transportation tickets for Kassel.

Very nice view from the 13th floor.
Too hot in the room. AC only available at the reception. We were two persons but not enough pillows were available. They could not even provide an extra one. The extra blanket that was stowed away in the wardrobe had an old yellow stain on it.

Room was very spacious, clean. Bathroom had a bath and shower and we had additional toilet in the room. Breakfast was excellent - fresh, lots of options, sweet, savoury, also vegans, amazing fresh fruits salads, great coffee. Clean everywhere, staff very attentive. The hotel is in a good, calm location, close to the shops and parks. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming for travelers with dogs. I really like the food.
Very rude receptionist. She did not look up as I stood right in front of her. I said hello, but she ignored me. I waited a five seconds and said hello again. She then answered in a bothered way. Don't work in a hotel reception if you have that type.of personality. Terrible first impression.

Our room is excellent, its overlooking the city. Breakfast is good too, many selections to choose from.
We had a short but memorable stay.
Restaurant is close so we could not have dinner inside.
