Great location, right beside the tram line. Plus we were given free tram tickets for the duration of our stay.
Excellent breakfast included.
Decent rooms with reasonably comfortable beds.
Could have a fridge in the room to store milk for coffee.

Great hotel for the Kongress Palais, just a minutes walk. There's a tram stop outside for exploring the city. The service was spot on with friendly but unobtrusive staff. The onsite restaurant was great, breakfast had a huge variety and everything was tasty. The evening meal was not priced higher than local restaurants and the food was so good. Would stay here again.
No negatives for me, I had everything I needed.

Very nice breakfast. Large room and good master bed. The extra bed was nothing to write about.
The hotel offered charging of EV, but when we came to the car in the morning the charging had failed. They must give better instruction on how to start the charging. Primary reason for choosing the hotel was the access to a charging station.
