Excellent location a few meters away from the train station where ICE trains are stopping. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and in a very good state. The breakfast was very good and with quality products.
Our bathroom had a bathtub, which didn't have a grab bar and this poses a risk of slipping incidents.

The hotel is located right outside Kassel Wilhelmshöhe railway station. Those who do not like to travel far once out of train would love the location. Also, the trams and buses are available right in front of the railway station. It is a boon for those traveling with public transport.
For the same reason that the hotel is located right outside the railway station, those with sensitive ears can hear the trams operating around the railway station, especially late at night and in early morning hours.

Lovely modern large room overlooking station square and entrance. Clean comfy beds. Good shower. Ear plugs provided if you want to keep the window open as it can be noisy with the traffic, buses and trams.

Location is perfect for us, directly outside of the train station, and it is also easy to take public transportation. I like the desk in the room and there were many plug sockets, very convenient for people travel for work. Bathroom is also big. Did not try breakfast.
Outside staircase directly outside of the window, a bit strange.

Unfortunately the pictures provided of the hotel did not represent what we recieved. If I had know how dated and in need of an update the hotel was I would not have booked it.
