This is a basic business hotel, but the bed was VERY comfortable, the shower was excellent and the window opens for fresh air. These, for me, are the three most important points that make a stay enjoyable. Free Wifi was easy to log onto and fast enough for my needs, The location close to the tram stop was ideal, so arriving on an ICE into Willhelmshohe station meant an easy transfer on the No4 tram with no changes. The breakfast was more than adequate, and the coffee good. Staff were polite and helpful.
I'm used to Tea/coffee in the room. Also the lack of a hotel bar was a disappointment as I had colleagues from different countries staying at the same time and it would have been good to socialise on the premises. However alternatives within 20 minutes walking distance compensated for this.

Beds were comfortable and we were happy to have bunk beds for kids. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Good location.
The carpet felt weird and was a little dirty. We got locked out of our room 2 hours before we were supposed to leave.

Had to change my room after two days because the toilet was broken. Was quite difficult, I first had to move my things downstairs, then go back up again. The breakfast was way too expensive for the poor quality (poor election, very vegan-unfriendly). Furthermore, the supposedly catchy advertising for getting free water as a member is very problematic. The phrase "Water is a member's right" is at odds with human rights whereas water is a human right and stimulates separative class thinking.

The reception person (mr Navid) was very nice and guided us.
For parking you must pay 10 euro extra which I dont find it fair. Eventhough The price of hotel is not cheap. For breakfast you must pay too.
