Beds were comfortable and we were happy to have bunk beds for kids. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Good location.
The carpet felt weird and was a little dirty. We got locked out of our room 2 hours before we were supposed to leave.

Had to change my room after two days because the toilet was broken. Was quite difficult, I first had to move my things downstairs, then go back up again. The breakfast was way too expensive for the poor quality (poor election, very vegan-unfriendly). Furthermore, the supposedly catchy advertising for getting free water as a member is very problematic. The phrase "Water is a member's right" is at odds with human rights whereas water is a human right and stimulates separative class thinking.

The reception person (mr Navid) was very nice and guided us.
For parking you must pay 10 euro extra which I dont find it fair. Eventhough The price of hotel is not cheap. For breakfast you must pay too.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are quite clean. To the hotel's credit, they refunded us for the second day of breakfast.
Old rooms. Didn't like the breakfast at all, we could have bought bread and ham much cheaper in the supermarket. But either due to unprofessionalism or simple negligence, I had to contact them three times before I got a refund.

Conveniently located to Bugasee parkrun I had planned on running during my overnight stay in the beautiful park just a few minutes walk from the hotel. On arrival I ventured out and less than 5 minutes walk away I found a lovely café called Cafe-Restaurant De Fermo which I highly recommend if you are just looking for a light bite and a beer after a long day travelling. All in all I would definitely return here for a short stay should I find myself in Kassel once again which I certainly hope I do.
The parking costs €10 and wasn't exactly what I would call secure but in fairness I just parked on the street outside with no issues.

Self check-in and check-out system was fine.
Very poor breakfast. It is definitely not worth the price the hotel charges for it. There is even a shortage of boiled eggs. The staff is not prepared for the number of guests. There was no hot water in the hotel for a day.
