Excellent location perfect hotel with proper renovated rooms and large indoor garage which is hard to find in Karlsruhe. Great reception staff!!
There was a housekeeping problem on the first day (the cleaner did not change the wet dirty towels thrown on the floor but hung them to dry!!) but it was quickly resolved with an apology from housekeeping…

The location is good, close to the public transportation station, also close to the shopping mall and Marktplatz. The room is modern and clean. The breakfast is super nice with freshly cooked omelette.
The pillow is too soft for me. And there is a little noise, sound proof could be improved.

Its not my first time in the hotel however this time bed cover was not clean at all with very bad smell ! I tried to leave a piece of paper for the room service to change it however they insisted to keep them dont know why !

The location
The bed was not comfortable. The coffee machine did not work as well as the heater. However , they provided free of charge few items in the many bar which was nice gesture

I like the location, nice design hotel - and breakfast is wonderful, although the breakfast is really too expensive. (€25)The hotel is very comfortable, beds good nice size rooms and great decor. I also liked the free minibar offer.
This Novotel is very comfortable, however, I find the rooms a bit ''cheap'' - meaning, towels are really not very nice, the shower head broke and had to be fixed (although they fixed it very quickly, which I appreciated!) And I've stayed in the hotel twice in the last few months, and both times I had trouble charging my devices. Once I complained, it worked better, I don't really understand what the issue was - but it is weird. It's like they have extremely low voltage going to the plugs in the rooms. It's comfortable, but I find the hotel kind of the a similar quality to the Motel One, but the Motel One is better value for the money. Novotel's breakfast is much better than Motel One, but I think more than double the price.
