Wonderful
Only a few steps from the train station, friendly helpful staff. Renovated old building with high ceilings. Tea/coffee making facilities.
Warm and comfortable room, nice bathroom
Cosy bar/restaurant on the ground floor.
Very minor: shower pressure was a bit low. Only one tea-bag provided!

Quaint, clean, and efficient. Staff helpful and courteous.
No real complaints. But the WiFi signal in room 12 was very weak and cut in and out often.

Very Good
It’s close to central station and the Zoo.
The kids loved our room.
The room was cleaned every day.
There’s a kitchen, so that we can cook for our children, unfortunately it did not provide basic needs such as salt and pepper.
There’s no knife or scissors, only knives for the bread.
The internet was quite slow at the upper room.
