Wonderful
The staff were very friendly with a warm welcome and help.
We could store our bikes safely for the night.
The room was confortable and we very quite. We had a coffee machine in the room.
Located near the city center, it was perfect for our evening.

I liked the free offered coffee at reception, and water... the bar place looked very good and I was able to use it for work cycles....very nice and the flair of Leonardo made the location a bit different...very close to central station, there is a very good thermal bath across the street which I used and which I liked it a lot

Very nice staff, clean, good breakfast, and welcome drink :) We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose the same hotel next time.
There was only one elevator working and sometimes you had to wait.

The hotel’s location is quite good, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and various shops. The cleaning is carried out conscientiously, and the staff is well-trained, which makes them flexible and quick in decision-making.
We stayed at the hotel during the Easter holidays, and we were pleased by the hotel’s thoughtful gesture of offering various sweets to all guests in the lobby.
No negative remarks.

The location was just fine, near a shopping centre. There wasn't any free parking.
The carper had some dirty/stained spots. The room was small. The bathroom was okay. We were just there for one night, so it was fine.

Lovely, quiet, comfortable room. Central location and an easy walk to zoo and train station. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. Coffee maker a plus. Reception staff were so helpful with speaking English and assisting us with restaurant ideas and public transport. Glass of hot gluwein upon arrival and they were also able to check us in a few hours early. We would definitely stay again!

Affordable, pet-friendly hotel was perfect for the Karlsruhe Christmas market. It was a short 8-min walk into the town square. Hotel was across the street from the large zoo as well. The hotel was dog-friendly with no additional charges required. They had hot gluhwein at check-in as well! There was a mini fridge in the room, which was appreciated. The shower had good water pressure and heat.
The bed was a bit firm for our liking. Additionally, one of two elevators were down. The one that was working was extremely slow as well. We were on the 8th floor which was a bit far to walk up and down with suitcases. Also the parking garage under the hotel is not affiliated with the hotel. It also does not have a lift.

I like the staff and the complementaries they provide all day long. Location is great and close to the mall and Christmas market.
The room felt old. The bed was not the most comfortable at least to my personal preferences. There was 1 elevator working which was challenging. I was surprised to payaround 48 Euros on arrival for the state tax which wasnt mentioned earlier.

Easy walk from the train station, centrally located between station and center. I would stay there again since it was well located and priced.
The hotel is a bit dated inside and out. Noise carries from the other rooms. But not really too bad. I would still use the hotel again if I'm in town.
