the location is what I like most...only 250m from Karlsruhe Main Station. The breakfast also nice with good price. The bed is very comfort so I can sleep well.
The hallway in front my room is a bit dark, and looks like it use automatic light that start from 6 pm, as it is winter 5 pm already dark but there's no light there.

The rooms we reserved were comfortable, clean and silent. The hotel has a double window that inhibits sound leaks from the train tracks nearby. Breakfast is quite good and worth the money.

The room are great, very clean and sound proof. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic just close to the main train station and a tram stop just in front of the hotel
The fact that house keeping passes very early before 8:00h in the morning and they do not leave any hand towel, only a bath towel that is a bit small.

I ordered a standard twin room via booking. But when I entered the room that had been assigned to me, I noticed there was an inner door. When I accidentally checked the door, it turned out that it led to another room belonging to someone else. I immediately raised my concern and requested a change of room. However, in the new room I was given, I was still disturbed by the noise of the trains.
It is close to the station and convenient for travelling to other places by train.

Room although at platform level and overlooking the station was very quiet.
Breakfast area was chilled and nice and relaxed with the option of outside seating
Option of secure parking. Our motorcycles felt a bit exposed. However no problems encountered
