I am handicapped, at 14h , place was dead there was no one at check in, emergency button, and phonecalls stayed unanswered, on the check- in machine, you expect to take a photo of screen where it shows your room number, while I unlocked my phone,screen went black....no way to find out the room number..we never were able to enter room as we didnt know the room number and had to take a taxi and book a different hotel.. Reclamation e mail stays unanswered.. I know that's a cheap place , still you should be able to enter hotel room

We were greeted by a very friendly German man who helped us find our room and provided the access code. No keys are needed—just the code, which is very convenient. The room is small but well-designed and clean. It appears to have been recently renovated, as everything looks new. The checkout process was even easier—we simply said goodbye to the staff, and that was it. Overall, I’d say the room was definitely worth the money.

The price, the cleanliness and the staff were very friendly.
The bed! The mattress was very hard that both my partner and I had back ache, and the pillows were not good quality. We didn't get a good nights sleep, unfortunately.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were compact, clean and with comfortable beds. Not ideal for kids for for a night it is alright.

The AC and heat unit was not working in the room and the TV could not connect to satellite the entire night.
