I enjoyed the staff and the inside beauty and comfort of the hotel. Great place to spend sometime at and be treated special. I hope they continue to offer the service and accomodations at there wonderful rates.
I only felt sorry that the area around the hotel was not more popular. The Hotel and its staff were great. They were second to none. Keep up the wonderful work.

One of our two rooms was clearly a smoker room. Yuk!!! How are there still smoking rooms??!

The hotel is really nice, clean and has a very good location - the nearby streets have beautiful architecture and it was a good starting point for our personal walk tour through sights of Karlsruhe.
The bathroom was exceptionally nice.
And also breakfast was very nicely managed - with a really broad range of options.
The hotel has really soon check in (14:00 if I remember correctly) and late check out (11:00) - which was very appreciated.
There is also an area at the reception where you can make yourself a cup of coffee or tea, which is a nice touch. I think this is a nice idea and prefer it this way actually (with one big machine of high quality), rather than to have a cheap coffee machine at each hotel room.
The receptionists were very professional, kind and helpful.
They explained the parking options right away during check in: 1) there is a paid garage that is quite narrow and 2) there is also a free rooftop parking available - the receptionist opens the entryway for the car, and the rooftop parking is accesible from the second floor of the hotel, although the entrance from the roof to the hotel is not marked very well - it is kinda in the middle of the parking area (not on the sides).
We also visited the hotel bar, having received the 50% off your first drink voucher that comes with each booking (per person). The hotel bar was very nicely furnished, and the staff seemed very knowledgeable about the drinks, and service was good.

Very kind and resposive staff, if they can help they help.
There are two major issues i have encourged:
1) we asked for a room with two single beds and where we no suc in whole hotel which is very strange
2) there are only one key from the room and no ability to obtain another - so we needed all the time to synchronise who is returning first to hotel
3) For standard rooms air conditioning is central and can be controlled so it is too hot in the room.

We travel with a really expensive bicycle and never had I problem with storing it in the room. We came to the reception with the bicycle, and only after taking deposit payment were we informed that bicycles are not allowed. Shameful, if you would mention it before taking payment I would go to a different hotel. Also, that’s such a weird rule. You should not dictate what I bring into my room. The hotel at least allowed to store it somewhere inside but at the same time did not want to take responsibility in case theft would happen. Insanity. Highly not recommended. Parking and EV charging mentioned on booking is a big fat lie. Parking: you better drive a smart car… EV charging? No, you just get normal 220V socket. Overnight we got to recharge 30% only as it’s max 2kw. This hotel is just a deceitful liars with their offer here.

The smell in the hotel is not nice and covered with perfume, carpet in the room, style is a bit old fashioned, even a bottle of water should cost some Euros, parking is very difficult in an old and narrow parking garage

Good price-quality ratio.
Windows doesn’t isolate noice from the street and now that we’ve been there more than once I’m convinced that drunken people shouting at 4am in the corridors are more like business as usual than exception. Not a problem if you have an earplugs, but of not, please get one.
