Disappointing
I stayed for 4 nights and have booked a room with a breakfast (the price included breakfast), and that was one of the reasons that I picked that hotel, but no breakfast was served, and that was really disappointing. I called to the hotel and sent messages but there was no unswerving. There was nobody at reception to help me with that question.

Room and even the bed is to small. But it was single room. Maybe it is a standart of single room.
Breakfast meniu is too poor. Not many possibilieties to choose meal.

I had an amazing stay. Good bed and shower, silent apartment, great wifi (I was there for work reasons), good breakfast and kind staff. It is a simple hotel, but perfect for work purposes.
Reception is not available all the time. I had to leave very early and the person was not there, so I was almost late for my meeting. They could offer the possibility to send the receipt via Booking, which would save (valuable) time from people traveling for work.

I love the Bathroom the most. So big and so clean. An iron and ironing board are also available.

Very clean. Excellent location, only 10 minutes walk from tollhaus theatre. Good breakfast. Easy check in.
No aircon (but there was a fan) I could hear noises from other guests, although it wasn't loud enough to disturb me when I was sleeping

Good sized room for one person. Very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Good internet. "Check-Inn" was easy putting in my provided pin and receiving my card to access the premises.
Clearer instructions at the door on where to press the buttons to enter the pin for the room key. It took me about 3 tries, as I didn't press the buttons hard enough the first view tries also didn't know I should press # until I saw the small note. It was a very hot day which made the room very warm and the windows only opened a little bit, so there was not enough fresh air or air movement. Luckily a small fan was provided, which helped a lot however, a air conditioner would've been VERY welcome and would've made a huge difference.
