You can tell Kai takes pride in putting out an excellent breakfast. The fresh, creative variety of hot and cold foods was a fantastic start to each day, and we were able to skip lunch because we were still so full.
Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and perfectly functional. We liked getting four beverages for our mini fridge each day. The AC kept us cool even during the heatwave. We were able to walk easily to restaurants, grocery stores, the Postal Gallerie Mall, Europaplatz, and the castle with its lovely grounds and botanical garden.
The front desk ordered our taxi to the train station for our departure.
Hold on to the bar in the shower, as the floor is quite slippery. If this was the US, someone would have already slipped and fallen and sued the hotel. ?

The employees are top notch, they went out of their way to help us with a travel-related problem, and very professional. They do more than most to accommodate their guests. We often choose this hotel because of the staff and their breakfast. The hotel is exceptionally clean but it is an aging property. It’s not luxurious but it’s an exceptional value for money. They have some rooms with a comfortable balcony.
Nothing really. The area has some construction going on but we heard no noise from it. Otherwise, it’s on a quiet street close to a nice shopping area and restaurants.

Dog friendly, good location, parking. Complimentary drinks, awesome.
Not many locations to go with the dogs so they can finish their business.

There was a separate breakfast room, very well equipped, good variety of food, good staff, very neat.

Room had a strong desinfectant scent/smell. The facilities don't look as nice as in the pictures. Feels a bit run down and painted over fastly. The shower was very slippery. My partner slipped and his foot nail went bloody :(

This hotel though not new is great in all respects- Staff is super friendly. Garage is safe and easy to acceess, room is super clean, super comfortable. Attention to details is felt everywhere.
so if you have to stay while travveling or on bosiness trip or visiting as turist to Karlsruhe, I definitely recommend this place!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was great. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety.
The only downside was the garage door — it's really narrow and can be tricky to get through.

Felt very good staying here! Amazing room that also had a bathtub. The breakfast was very generous and had super many options. Very good value for the money we spent. Good parking. Most of the staff were very friendly.
Negative was the staff member who we met when checking in though, she was very cold and didn't seem to like her job. And the parking in the parking garage wasn't free, which we later realized during our staying.
