Very nice bed. Great location. Easy Check in.
It was slightly challenging to close and open the doors in the bathroom, since the space was very limited I had to always ensure I’m not in the way of the doors. But rather than that the bathroom was nice and clean.

Absolutely great breakfast! I took a risk of missing the train to enjoy the full spread breakfast including vegan and healthy products.
Super kind staff!
Location is close to the underground and bus stop, and only 5-min by tram to the central station.
Bed was too soft.
No mini bar, no fridge, no coffee or tea machines.
I prefer 24h reception in the lobby, but the reception is in the 4th floor, and for a late check-in you should do it online, or by the machine on the street. But the check-in process was easy and fast.

The door is thin, so it's a bit loud in the morning when each room start to check out. However, it's very sweet that the hotel provide us ear plugs.

Location of the hotel is very good. It’s sı clean.
Our room, although it was very large and nice, was located just in the heart of the breakfast room. That was quite awkward to be honest. When you open the door people can easily see your bed. Also I would lile to recommend the hotel management to invest in new real pillows. Unfortunately pillows were extremely soft and uncomfortable.

I requested a room change on the first day due to excessive noise in our room. However, the young lady at the reception told me that there were no available room for the next 5 days in the floor and side that I want. She offered me another room smaller for a week stay. The next day, when I called the reception, another staff member informed me that a room change was possible and kindly moved me to the exact room I originally wanted. For this, I am truly grateful.
However, I was very dissatisfied with the receptionist on the first day, as I believe she deliberately chose not to offer me the available room. I believe the hotel should take appropriate action regarding this matter. Thank you.

The location
There was construction going on all week. Since there’s no AC one had to open windows during the night and it got quite loud. But I guess that’s what one would expect from a very central location of a hotel. I would stay there again nonetheless

We liked the location as it is right on the square, with many locations near (McDonald's, Aldi...) where you can buy some things and also relax. The room we had was very big and we loved it, also the bathroom had a shower and a bathtub so it was really cozy. Also the breakfast didn't have many items to choose from, but was really delicious.
Though we loved the location, the noise that came from the street was quite loud at night and the beds were too soft so we didn't sleep well.

Location, breakfast, view from roof terrace at breakfast time.
Check-in procedure - very complicated and impersonal. No reception available unless you go to the bakery next door. The door to the 4th floor and the roof terrace, which is lovely, was only open during breakfast time. We were hoping to seat at the terrace in the afternoon since the weather outside was not very good, but the door to access it was closed all afternoon.

Location was amazing! Right near the castle, market place, and underground train station.
Self-check in didn’t work. Had to wait outside in the cold for 40 minutes for an actual person to come and let us inside to check us in.
