modern, clean and nice staff. The location is not close to the center (sort of at the edge of the city) which was good for our purpose because we used this hotel as a base for hiking day trips.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet the standards I associate with the Holiday Inn brand. It felt more like a basic roadside budget motel than a reputable hotel chain.
The breakfast offering was very poor and lacked variety and quality. Overall, it seemed like the hotel was being run on a tight budget, with minimal attention to guest comfort or experience.
It gave the impression that the priority is simply keeping the doors open, rather than providing the level of service and hospitality expected from Holiday Inn.
