During the 4 days we spent in this hotel room ,they never cleaned it.And when I asked to clean and change towels, they only threw out the trash from the room but they didn't throw it out of the toilet!

Beds were not initially separated as we required 2 single beds. The staff was nice to separate them and provide additional covers. All the staff was very nice and helpful, specially the person of the night shift and the one who let us one additional hour without paying. The breakfast was very nice and delicious with different options.

The location is central and close to public parking. The breakfast was good. If you are looking for a very good or luxury hotel, this would probably not be the top choice. But it's very good value for the money. Especially with the booking discount. It was what we were looking for for a one evening stay.

Wonderful
I arrived late at night and the gentleman on reception was great and ready for me to arrive. Great location, not far from HBF and other central locations in Karlsruhe. The lady on reception called me a taxi upon request in the morning too. Comfortable room and great value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was nice.
I spent 5 nights here in room 11. Room was dark, as no proper lighting. Only two wall shades were available inside, one on the bed right on top your head, another light above the table. There was one ceiling light at the entrance, but that light was covered by the arch. This was not sufficient. Asked about this from reception, they were not sure either. Bathroom was small, the shower was on one wall, and controller was on the next wall. Simply no space and a small touch always changed the temperature while having a shower. Chair was too tall, so could not sit on the chair and work on the desk. Legs hitting the table. TV was not working as no signal. No water heating/ tea preparation facilities in the room. Overall for the price paid, it’s not worth. For long stay, do not recommend.
