Easy check-in, good rooms and comfy beds
We were able to charge our car overnight, but in the morning we saw that we had to pay almost €28 on overstay charges (plugged in, but not charging). Something that one would not expect from hotel chargers. Please mention this when checking in, or put up a sign!

Clean hotel room although a little small. Breakfast was fine. Very quiet during the night even though we were near the station and next to a road.
We reserved through booking and during after hour check-in it says you will receive the room code via e-mail. This does not happen because it looks like the mail goes to booking. The code also appears on screen if you choose to view it. If you skip this step you will wait forever for the code to your room so keep that in mind.

Great friendly staff and very nice breakfast.
Hated the check in process after hours at 10pm... we didn't know where to go- couldn't find the entrance- parking lot- no instructions. Very difficult dealing with a senior with mobility challenges. It took a long time and was very inconvenient. We also thought the single beds were ridiculous.... not even standard twin size. Aside from the great breakfast staff and nice breakfast, there is nothing I could recommend. I would pay more to stay somewhere else. Check in and no place to walk in directly was not ok. Especially since there is no mention of this.

Bright and airy rooms. Excellent shower. Breakfast was spot on. Parking was easy under the hotel. Superb sound proofing which allowed for a quiet night despite the major road close to the hotel

The room was filled with cigarette odor. We had to sleep with the window open and listen the street noise all the night. Otherwise the hotel itself and the room was clean.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning control was not in the room, nor was the central air conditioning system control working, for this reason the stay was not the best as it was very hot in the room, the water pressure was weak and the shower was a negative point.

A bit price rooms compared to what’s available in German cities. The automatic check in takes lots of time, if you arrive after a family that uses many rooms and travel with a family of your own with multiple rooms = make sure you reserve enough time

Maybe it's just my experience, but I had to wait for a very long time at the reception just to buy the breakfast option, I think they are short on people, and the same person is doing so many other things, especially during breakfast time. Hence, they also have auto check-in with machines.
