Very nice, clean, comfortable room with a small kitchenette and even a balcony. A small coffeemaker. Everything for a quiet leisure time. Good breakfast. Not fancy, but cozy.

This was my third stay and was just as pleasant as the other two. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I love having a kettle to boil water for tea and some basic cutlery. The staff at the desk is very helpful and the cleaning staff very polite and efficient.

The room was simple, maybe a bit old, but well kept and clean. Also the breakfast was pretty good, everything was fresh. For the price, it was a very good deal.

It's clean.
It's a little out of the way to find. After the tram, you have to walk 10 minutes to get there. It's very loud as it's facing a busy street. It's very hot on a summer day, there is no AC or fan. You have to open the window, it's so loud that you can hear people speak in the street. The receptionist who checked me in was very business-like, with no smile and minimum communication. It didn't feel welcoming.

Cozy rooms with small Kitchen
Neighbor was a noisy immigrant screaming in his phone after midnight and the whole floor smelled like Indian food. It seems this hotel is hosting long term refugees.

Requested an apartment with balcony but given an apartment with three small windows, could not open the window in the bedroom upstairs, unwilling to stay in this type of apartment in summer months.
