The breakfast was very good, with a big variety of options, and it was available from 6:30 until 10:00 (on holidays until 11:00). I was traveling for work and the location was very convenient for me to move around on feet or by public transport (the tram stop is just outside the door). The personel was very helpful and I could also leave my baggage at the reception for some hours after my check-out.
The hotel is located in the corner of two main streets, which are used by several tram lines, so it is quite noisy. Until late in the night when the trams stop it is not very easy to sleep (and they start again early in the morning). The furniture is old, but still OK.

The location, staff, parking and amenities. In central part of town with Ubonn and street cars adjacent. Plenty of shopping and pharmacies near by.
The bar is closed on Monday. The breakfast was NOT good. We arrived at 8:45 and it opened at 6 am and went to 10am. The pancakes were hard as bricks, no more bacon and the eggs were all gone and we were told they ran out? Someone does not know how to provision!

Location
The air conditioner in the room was not working. When I reported the issue to the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do. No one made any attempt to fix it during my three-day stay. Very poor service. On breakfast juice has terrible taste.

The hotel is in the prime location. Tram station, Bus stop to Karlsruhe station are very near. 2 mnts walking distance. Bus number 10 will get you to karlsruhe main station within 10mnts. Marktplatz is 10 mnts walking from the hotel. A lot of cafes nearby, & edekka& Scheckin within 3mnts walking distance. The price I paid is very reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. Very nice bathtub, big wardrobe with iron box is a plus point for this hotel
It would be better if you provide Electric kettle

It was very convenient to the metro as well as the bus line. The metro closest to the hotel is under construction however(May 2025) so just be aware of that but of course has nothing to do with the property. I did not indulge in the “breakfast available.” I thought the price was a bit high, but I don’t know what that included either.
The bed was quite soft. (Twin bed).

The staff was friendly.
The room that clean, there were some stain marks on the carpet. Also felt like the mirrors and glass surfaces were not that well cleaned. The beds were not very comfortable and it felt like the mattress are very old and needed to be changed. There is some maintenance work in the room. The handle of the window was broken and couldn't open one of the windowm

Nobody was speaking English at the reception; you do expect that in a city hotel
No room service, not even the hotel bar was open in the hope of getting some dinner; the hotel was already hosting a company meeting so the bar was not open for other customers

Very Good
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Check-in time 15:00 sharp, meaning all customers are there at the same time waiting for a room. After a long trip on the way there, a little leeway wouldn’t have hurt anyone.
If I had had the time I would have stayed until 10:59 a.m. to maximize my stay in the room based on the absolute start of my stay.
